Our 10,000 square foot modern facility is completely outfitted with the latest in computer and panel production equipment.

The Builders Choice wall panel system is a fully integrated process that streamlines the design, manufacture and construction of your high quality custom home and results in a building experience that is efficient, smooth, and rewarding. A manufacturing facility creates quality components, often starting with computer-controlled saws, which make accurate and exact cuts simple. All component joints fit together tightly in precision jigs. Manufacturing can also be computer-controlled, for faster setup times and efficient production. Callbacks are reduced since components made with dry lumber are less likely to shrink, warp and twist. Components are rarely stolen from the job site.

All panels that we manufacture are stacked and banded in the order that they will be set by the field carpenters. Each panel is printed with an easily identifiable marking that coincides with a plan provided by our designers which helps facilitate the installation of all panels.

We utilize all of our waste wood by recycling it into a highly efficient wood heating unit that enables us to manufacture in a warm indoor environment year around.
